CELEBRATING A MOMENTOUS YEAR
Cheers to the New Year
On Jan. 12, UF Health Cancer Center faculty and staff gathered at the Cade Museum to celebrate the numerous achievements in 2023 and toast to the opportunities and doubtless successes of the coming year. The annual event also included an awards presentation to highlight several members of the UF Health Cancer Center community for their exemplary accomplishments in the last year.

David Iglesias, M.D.
David Iglesias, M.D., serves as the chief of the division of gynecologic oncology at UF Health and the Nell Bryant Kibler Professor in Ovarian Cancer Research. He is passionate about forming strong relationships with his patients and their families, as well as pursuing research in clinical trial development and implementation.

Research Showcase
We invite you to attend our annual Research Showcase at the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom on Jan. 31. This annual event includes a keynote presentation by a nationally renowned cancer researcher, a judged poster session with prizes for the top trainee posters and three-minute thesis presentations by the Cancer Center Predoctoral Award recipients.
